You have the right to cancel your order and return products sold in Kammo Design web shop. To use this right you must inform it clearly in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this you can use the cancellation form in my web shop in which you will also receive a link in your order confirmation. You can also write an informal letter and send it via email or by post or you can send it in same package with the returning products. Please let me know at least your name, contact details and your adequate bank account number. You don’t have to give a reason for cancellation, though I would like to have feedback. After you have informed me clearly you’ll have to send the product(s) back to me within another 14 days, unless you already did. You will receive a refund within 14 days of me receiving the order and after I have checked it. Payment may be returned the same way it was first made or as a bank transfer. The customers is responsible for the shipping costs of the returning package.

The right to cancel only applies to products that are unused, unwashed and in original shape. Product can be opened from its package and fitted as normally in a shop. If products have been used or washed or in other way is no longer as new, the damage is then evaluated and refund is made according to the products resale value. If product is evaluated unsellable the price can’t be refunded. If order is partially returned then value of the returned products will be refunded, not shipping costs. Also the cost of any additional shipping services will not be refunded.
When packaging products for returning please be careful that clothes will handle the second shipping and will not wrinkle unreasonably. Add all parts included to the product(s) in the package (for example a belt, safety pins etc.). Please take a receipt of the shipping in case it gets lost on the way. Refund can’t be made unless a proof (receipt) of shipping can be given.
Right to cancel does not apply to custom orders such as products altered according to customer wish or measurements partially or fully. In these cases Right to cancel is always discussed with the customer. Small changes may not necessarily remove the right to cancel.
In case of an error of a product I will cover the cost of returning. Please contact me beforehand to make an agreement on how the error is fixed and about returning the order.
By not reclaiming the order is not considered as a cancellation or returning of order. In this case customer will not be refunded.
In case of dispute I will preferably try to make an agreement with the customer. If that is not possible the matter can be submitted to Consumer Disputes Board for resolution (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/). Before contacting Consumer Disputes Board the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices’ Consumer Advisory Service (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/).
