Horna pääkallolla

Horna on pitkä collegekäsine. Tämä pari on koristeltu käsinmaalatulla pääkallolla. Siinä on aukko peukalolle. Taustapuoli on resoria, jotta käsine istuisi hyvin ja on helppo pukea.

Kuten varmaan kaikki tietävät, horna tarkoittaa helvettiä. Toisaalta se voi tarkoittaa myös pahaa olentoa tai henkeä. Siis nykyään, kun uusi uskonto tullessaan halusi mustamaalata vanhan suomalaisen uskomusperinteen. Aiemmin sanalla horna saatettiin viitata johonkin pyhään, samoin kuin hiisi.

Tämä pari on uniikki, koska jokainen kallo on käsinmaalattu ja siten aina omanlaisensa.

Horna with skull

Horna is a long college arm warmer. This pair is decorated with a hand painted skull. It has a hole for your thumb. Back side is rib so the garment would sit well and is easy to dress.

As is well known in Finland, horna translates to "hell". On the other hand it can also mean an evil spirit or being. That is today, as the new religion wanted to discredit the old Finnish beliefs when it arrived. Formerly horna referred to something sacred.

This pair is unique, as every skull is hand painted and therefore one of a kind.

I recommend using a washing bag to prevent the painting from rubbing against other textiles so much
I recommend using colour catching sheets so the white color would last bright longer
